GBF-PC Pellets cooling machine is mainly used to cool pellets of 2-8mm diameter, when outlet from pellet machines, hot pellets temperature is about 60-80 centigrade, using pellet cooling machine, the temperature is not higher than room temperature 25°C.
Counter flow pellet coolers are used in pellet production line to reduce pellet temperature, increase their hardness and reduce water content. Counter flow cooler its high energy efficiency, easy operation, good cooling effect and low cost.
SPC pallets cooling machine usually works with cyclone and air fan, air lock. which is used to clean the dust, it can also install a screener on the bottom of the cooler, which can separate dust and good pellets after cooling.
