GBF-FD dryer with heating furnace, feed port, rotating drum/cyclic nodes, delivery pipe, dust collector and discharge port. The wet material is continuously moved by a conveyor into the drum tube. Hot air makes full contact with the material. The dryer is widely used in industries like biomass fuel, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, farming etc. Flash dryer is used to decrease the moisture content of the granulated agricultural or forest waste. The dried material can be used for making Briquettes and Pellets or for other heating purposes.
Single Pass: It can intake the moisture content Up to 25% and decrease it to 10%.
Double Pass: It can intake the moisture content Up to 40% and decrease it to 10%.
Input Raw Material: Sawdust, Paddy straw, Bagasse etc.
